Refund policy

We want you to love your ALYRVA products. If something isn't right, email us at baranoffrobert@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

 

Skincare and baby care: for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full - no return needed.

 

Candles and home products: unopened/unused items in original packaging. Arrived broken? Photo = free replacement or refund, no return needed.

 

Return shipping: on us if we made a mistake; otherwise the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return (or immediately for photo-verified damage claims).
